This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing information to determine training needs as it relates to software, hardware, and process development. What You Will Be Doing:
The position is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering training programs.
Product and technical training support to sites and internal needs as required.
Assist customer site needs with the application of equipment training.
Escalate customer related issues to the appropriate departments and product owners.
Special projects and tasks as assigned by Manager of Field Maintenance Training.
Implement methods for evaluating training gaps and develop needs against these gaps.
Become Subject Matter Expert with the Symbotic system, Bots, and software.
Responsible for providing product training and deployment through various methods of delivery such as: online videos/courses, hands on delivery and classroom settings.
Training will cover subjects consisting of software and hardware used in Symbotic systems.
Create and maintain training curriculum as needed.
Administer technical aptitude testing of on-site maintenance technicians
Develop and deliver online and in person training content
Travel to customer locations across US and Canada to deliver training content
5+ years experience in Mechanical/Electrical related fields
Training/mentoring experience or equivalent work experience of 2-4 years.
Demonstrated success in developing training courses and curriculum.
Experience with maintenance of electromechanical equipment
Prior work experience interfacing with external customers is required.
Ability to lead discussions effectively as a speaker in a public forum.
Ability to work independently.
Organizational skills and creation of training reports.
Ability to react and adjust quickly to training needs based on trainee's ability
Strong Business analytical skills and training background.
Leadership skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
